Pre-shot routine
A 30-Minute Pre-Shot Routine Session Plan
When the target is chosen, a half-hour plan that balances technique, scoring, and pressure without wasting a minute.

The 30-minute build
Under first-tee pressure, short sessions work when they are decisive. Inside a pre-shot routine, put your phone away, choose the skill, and move with purpose.
| Time | Task |
|---|---|
| 0–5 min | Warm up with easy rhythm |
| 5–15 min | Technical reps with feedback |
| 15–25 min | Random targets or scoring game |
| 25–30 min | Pressure finish and quick notes |
Keep it moving
For pre-shot routine, the middle block should include stand behind the ball, pick a tiny target, rehearse once, step in and go. Do not rebuild the routine after one miss. Under first-tee pressure, you are trying to create a repeatable response under mild pressure.
The final challenge
End with restart if you freeze over the ball. Inside a pre-shot routine, if you fail, try once more, then stop. When the target is chosen, the point is to learn how your motion behaves when there is a consequence, not to stay until you manufacture a perfect ending.
