The 30-minute build

Short sessions work when they are decisive. Put your phone away, choose the skill, and move with purpose.

Time Task
0–5 min Warm up with easy rhythm
5–15 min Technical reps with feedback
15–25 min Random targets or scoring game
25–30 min Pressure finish and quick notes

Keep it moving

For practice drills, the middle block should include a gate drill for putter face control or a towel drill for low-point control. Do not turn one drill into a search for perfect. You are trying to create a repeatable response under mild pressure.

The final challenge

End with finish by hitting three fairway targets in a row. If you fail, try once more, then stop. The point is to learn how your motion behaves when there is a consequence, not to stay until you manufacture a perfect ending.
